Terms of Use

Using the club website

Use this site to follow Stick N Bones, find team information and take part in authorized club communication. These terms concern the website; they do not replace league rules, rink requirements, registration terms or any separately agreed participation waiver.

Playing and account access

Stick N Bones is an adult hockey club. Ask the team and league about current eligibility, roster availability and registration. Information on this site and a website account do not guarantee a roster spot, insurance, registration or permission to play.

Accounts are invitation-only. Keep your password and invitation/reset links private. Access depends on your current role and team membership, and can be suspended or removed. Do not share accounts, impersonate another player or try to bypass access controls.

Back your teammates

Be respectful in profiles, photos and messages. No harassment, threats, unlawful material, spam, impersonation or attempts to interfere with the service. Post only content you have permission to share, including photos of other people. Administrators may moderate content or restrict access to protect the club and its members.

Your content and public information

You retain your rights in content you provide and allow the club to store, display and process it for the website and club communication. Public profiles and published media are visible beyond the team. Request corrections or removal through the club. Publication history, operational records, backups and copies saved by others can remain.

Game details and external destinations

Check game time, venue, rink, status and league information before travelling. Schedules and availability can change. External stores, rink programs, SportNinja, Facebook, albums and GIF services operate under their own terms. The website does not process shop payments or run the rink’s registration programs.

Availability and updates

We work to keep information useful and the service available, but errors, interruptions and delayed updates can occur. Confirm important details with the team or league. Material changes to these pages will be reflected in their policy version. For data practices, read our Privacy Policy.
